In
this test type, students only make conclusion based on the test text. The result table described that the class had high correct
average score. 24 of the students
answered correctly. Most of Broadcasting students also qualified the English
subject minimal score standard (KKM). It indicated that students could make
conclusion and draw passage of reading
recount text. However, the high average score of students did not mean that
students did not have difficulties about the text. For number 2, 4 and 7, it
seems that students still answered incorecctly. They were . 66%, 69%, and 53%.
It means the students did not qualify the standard score. Some students still had some difficulties to make
conclusion and draw passage. It was proved by their incorrect average score
that was 8. Careless was one factor that students answered incorrectly. To
decide the statement are false or true, students have to more be careful in
comprehending text because statement only has two choice, true or false.

Vocabulary
test aims to know students’ difficulty of vocabulary
(O’malley, 1995). The result of the correct average score was 26. It indicated
that most of students had high ability to comprehend the recount text,
especially in the vocabulary mastery. It also means most of students did not
have many difficulties for answering the vocabulary test. They guessed the
meaning of words naturally and contextual, so that they could answer questions
easily, even though, they did not know the meaning of same words. They had good
ability in guessing unfamiliar words by using contextual way or related to
before statement. Most of the students could also qualify the English subject

this test type, researcher concluded that the class had poor ability to
comprehend the recount text, especially in grammatical and functional mastery.
It seems from the student’s correct answer average which was only 21. From the

incorrectly. It proved that students got confuse of the test. It also indicated
that most of students did not qualify the English subject minimal score standard
(KKM). For number 1, 4, 6 and 10, students had high correct answer scores. They
